Email us at support@tnt.co.il and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. For a faster response, please include:
- The username or email address on your TNT account.
- What device and app version you're using.
- A short description of the issue, and a screenshot if you have one.
Report content or a user
To report a look, comment, or account directly, open it in the app and tap the report option (••• menu → Report). Our team reviews every report. You can also email support@tnt.co.il with a link or description of the content and why you're reporting it.
Block a user
To stop seeing someone's content or messages, open their profile and tap Block. You can manage and remove blocks anytime from Profile → Settings → Blocked accounts.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Settings → Delete account. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
